Michael Lawrence

Michael Lawrence, MS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in career development, organizational psychology, and leadership training. Currently serving as the Director of the Business & Finance Career Community at Grinnell College, Michael oversees student career development initiatives in business and finance. As a Senior Advisor at Peoplewise, a business psychology consultancy, Michael enhances organizational effectiveness through assessments and leadership development. Michael co-founded Collegiate Assessment Partners, LLC, where leadership assessment and career guidance services are provided to universities. Previous roles include Director of Leadership Development at BP, where a global learning program was managed, and various positions at ExxonMobil. Michael holds an MS in Organizational Behavior from Georgia State University and a BS in Economics from the University of Delaware.
