Celena Foronda, PHR has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Celena has experience in managing budgets, financials, and accounts as the Business Manager at Lee's United Gymnastics Academy. Additionally, they have worked as a Human Resources Consultant, providing expertise on talent acquisition methodologies and assisting start-up companies with policy development and culture creation. Celena has a strong background in talent acquisition, having served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Leprino Foods and as an HR Generalist/Corporate Recruiter at CalAmp. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including employee onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
