Bren Burton

Bren Burton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They are currently the Director of Customer Success at Grip Security, where they oversee the comprehensive visibility and security of enterprise SaaS applications. Prior to this, Bren served as the Manager of Customer Success at Hyperscience, where they successfully onboarded new clients and secured key renewals.

In their earlier career, Bren worked at Aptum in various managerial roles, including Global Inside Sales Team Manager, Global Manager of Account Management and CX teams, and Customer Experience Manager for Managed and Dedicated hosting in multiple regions. They were responsible for project and escalation management, as well as delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Before joining Aptum, Bren worked at SONIC Drive-In as a Multi Unit Supervising Partner, overseeing multiple locations and ensuring adherence to HR guidelines and laws. They also gained experience as a Working Partner at Austin Sonic Inc., where they managed day-to-day operations and led efforts to improve sales and reduce expenses across several locations.
