Hila Harkov

Hila Harkov has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and team management. Hila is currently the VP of Human Resources at Grip Security since January 2023. Before that, they held the same position at Anyword from April 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, Hila worked at Firedome, where they served as the VP Human Resources from August 2020 to April 2022 and as the Human Resources Director from September 2019 to April 2022. Hila also has experience as the Global HR & Recruitment Manager at SBTech from February 2018 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, Hila worked at Matrix as the Global HR Manager from September 2013 to January 2018, where they managed the technological recruitment team and was responsible for HR activities in Bulgaria and Macedonia. Hila started their career at John Bryce, where they were the Recruitment Team Leader & HR from July 2009 to September 2013, overseeing the recruitment team and managing the hiring process for 400 employees per year.

Hila Harkov's education history begins in 2004 when they attended The Academic College of Tel Aviv Yafo. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science at this institution. Following this, in 2010, Hila enrolled at The College of Management Academic Studies to pursue a Master's degree in Enterprise Development & Counseling. Hila completed this program in 2011.
