Leah Cohen-McHale

Leah Cohen-McHale, MS-HRD, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director/Head of HR at Redhorse Corporation, overseeing all HR functions with a focus on strategic partnering, talent management, and compliance. Leah is also the President of The Board of Directors for the Washington Area Total Rewards Association (WATRA), where leadership contributes to advancing knowledge in compensation and benefits. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at IT Concepts, Inc., and Senior Director of HR at Brillient Corporation, emphasizing strategic alignment and employee engagement. Leah's extensive experience in HR spans various organizations where responsibilities have included employee relations, training, development, and project management. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art with a Business minor from James Madison University.
