Moritz Maria Thoma is a founder and CEO of Grips Intelligence since 2018. Moritz Maria is responsible for leading the company. Prior to that, Moritz co-founded 123makler in 2014, one of Europe's largest lead generators for real estate agents. Moritz Maria played a key role in B2B acquisition and investor relations. In 2018, 123makler was acquired by Planet Home AG. Moritz also worked as a Real Estate Analyst at DZ BANK AG from August 2014 to December 2014. Their responsibilities included analyzing incoming deal flow and offering financing for properties ranging from 5M to 500M.
