Ryan Pickett

Ryan Pickett has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations, strategic development, supply chain management, and corporate initiatives. Ryan began their career at ScreeningOne as an Account Executive, where they developed economic models and negotiated contracts. Pickett then moved on to BMC Group, where they worked as a Consultant, analyzing contracts and creating operational metrics. At Remediation Sciences, they served as the Director of Corporate Development, streamlining operations and leading rebranding efforts. Pickett joined Cla-Val as the Assistant Manager of System Integration and Quality Certification, overseeing ERP implementation and obtaining ISO certification. Ryan later served as the Supply Chain Systems Manager and Senior Manager of Strategic Development at Cla-Val, responsible for global supply chain integration and strategic planning. Currently, Pickett holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Cla-Val, where they oversee manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, and environmental health and safety, as well as manages operations in Canada and New Zealand and the global supply chain.

Ryan Pickett completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Pepperdine University between the years 2001 and 2005. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Global Operations and Corporate Strategy from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.
