Norm Rodgers

Norm Rodgers is an experienced professional currently serving as an Ambassador for Heroic Public Benefit Corporation since May 2023, where the mission focuses on integrating ancient wisdom and modern science to foster personal growth and societal change. Prior to this role, Norm held various consulting positions, including Asset Management Consultant at Luke Davis Consulting and Consultant at grit consulting, both starting in May 2021 and October 2019, respectively. Norm’s earlier career includes significant roles at South32 as Maintenance Analysis and Improvement for Surface Infrastructure, and at BHP as Superintendent Maintenance Improvement. Norm's foundational experience was gained at BlueScope Steel, where responsibilities included Reliability and Engineering Manager and Asset Manager. Norm holds a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Asset Management from the University of Wollongong, completed in 2006.
