Jeremy joined GRIT technologies in 2019. He has been in the IT industry since 2010, with a passion for customer support. He is filling the role of a level 2 systems engineer and has experience with troubleshooting various line of business applications such as Sage, QuickBooks, Thomson Reuters, and more.
