Tyesha Cloud has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at The Vein Treatment Center since February 2018. Concurrently, Tyesha has been a Member Service Team Lead at Oscar Insurance since September 2015, overseeing a team of 23 representatives and focusing on performance metrics, quality assurance, employee satisfaction, and career development. Previously, Tyesha worked as an Operations Manager at DSW from January 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included driving business operations and enhancing customer service through employee engagement. Tyesha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the Borough of Manhattan Community College, earned between 2007 and 2013.
