Nilang Gor

Nilang Gor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process development within the biotechnology industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Process Development at Gritstone Bio since May 2022, Nilang oversees purification process studies for adenoviral vectors and self-amplifying mRNA, leads a team for optimization activities, and engages in technology transfer initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Scientist in Process Development at Catalyst Biosciences, where Nilang supported drug substance purification and managed relationships with contract manufacturing organizations. At Audentes Therapeutics, Nilang held roles as Process Development Engineer III and II, focusing on AAV purification processes and mentoring junior staff. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from California State University - East Bay, augmented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Lab Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology.
