Manisha Jena is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and talent management. Currently serving as Director of People & Culture at Grizmo Labs since February 2024, Manisha specializes in employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR technology. Previously, as Head of HR & Operations at MHS | My Haul Store, Manisha focused on strategic planning and execution.
