Tracy Boldin currently serves as a Wraparound Facilitator at The Help Group since January 2024 and holds dual roles as Mentor and Secretary at Grl Pwr LA from March 2023. Previously, Tracy worked at CK Family Services as a Behavior Specialist, Parent Partner, and Wraparound Facilitator from January 2019 to February 2024. Tracy also gained experience as an After-School Supervisor and Curriculum Coordinator at Alpha Academy At Oakmont from July 2017 to August 2019. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Studies from the University of North Texas between 2014 and 2018.

Grl Pwr LA believes in the power of sisterhood and women supporting women. We are a community organization based in Los Angeles geared towards helping women discover community while fostering personal and professional development. We provide a variety of services to push future female leaders forward. We do this through our workshops and events. Our hybrid community also provided monthly mentorship services to help young girls and women discover community while unlocking the tools and recourse they need to succeed.
