Chuck Ketteman has over 40 years of broad based management and executive business experience. He spent 34 years with Arthur Andersen, first as an audit partner and then as the founder and long time leader of Andersen Business Consulting. He specialized in management consulting services to the telecommunications industry, and has worked with some of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, including US West, SBC, GTE and Bell South in the US, NTT in Japan and China Telecom in China. He led the development of Andersen Business Consulting for 10 years, from start up to a global business with over 13,000 employees in 40 countries. He served on Andersen’s executive management team for 5 years, from 1995-2000, and on the board of Andersen Worldwide in 1998 and 1999. Ketteman retired in 2000 to become the CEO of a technology start up in Silicon Valley. He resigned from this position in November 2001 and retired from active business management.
Ketteman coauthored the best selling Best Practices, Building Your Business with Customer-Focused Solutions. He has been a featured speaker at universities and business seminars around the world. Ketteman currently serves on the board of directors of West Monroe Partners and Sanibel Captiva Trust Company. He is an active advisor to several start up and private businesses. Ketteman has been involved in many community organizations in his career. He currently serves on the Board of the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation and the City of Sanibel Planning Commission.
