Akshay Kshirsagar

Akshay Kshirsagar has work experience as a Software Engineer at Gro Intelligence, starting in July 2021. In this role, they re-implemented the authorization service using Rust and the GRPC framework to improve API request speed. Akshay also worked on enhancing the search functionality within the service to provide relevant results to users.

Prior to this, Akshay worked as a Project Intern at Persistent Systems from July 2016 to May 2017. During this time, they developed a full stack application for secure data storage with fast retrieval. Akshay implemented a low-cost encryption algorithm for efficient access and allowed users to store multiple data files in an encrypted format on a MongoDb database.

Akshay Kshirsagar obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology in the years 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering at Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Engineering from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Akshay has also obtained several certifications, including "The Complete 2021 Web Development Bootcamp" from Udemy in March 2021, "Flask Essential Training" from LinkedIn in February 2021, "Advanced Python" from LinkedIn in September 2020, "Learning to Build Alexa Skills" from LinkedIn in September 2020, "Programming Foundations: Algorithms" from LinkedIn in September 2020, and "Python Code Challenges" from LinkedIn in September 2020.
