Hanna Latif

Hanna Latif is a Human Resources Coordinator at Gro Intelligence since October 2021, previously serving as a People Intern at Pagaya in mid-2021. In the role at Pagaya, Hanna streamlined onboarding and offboarding workflows, collaborated with various departments to manage job architecture for over 100 employees, and handled employee inquiries related to benefits and payroll. Hanna also gained earlier experience as an intern at Sheefa Pharmacy, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (where roles included Office Coordinator training and involvement in record retrieval projects), and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and Human Resource Management from Rutgers University–New Brunswick in 2021.
