Abdoul Aziz Traore

Abdoul Aziz TRAORE, M.Sc., is an accomplished HR and Administration Manager currently with the Norwegian Refugee Council since September 2021, responsible for overseeing human resources inquiries and providing staff training. Additionally, Abdoul serves as the President and Executive Director of SUUDU ANDAL, a Burkinabe NGO focused on sustainable development and humanitarian relief. Abdoul's expertise also extends to roles such as Chief Executive Officer of Humanitarian and Development Consulting and Global Goodwill Ambassador for Global Goodwill Ambassadors. Previous positions include Deputy Secretary General at ABPEC US-BF and Chief of Staff at the Young Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation in Burkina Faso. Abdoul holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s degree in Coordination and Management of Humanitarian Action, among various certifications in leadership and project management.
