Vanessa van der Zalm

Vanessa van der Zalm is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Directeur Mens en Organisatie at gro-up since January 2025, Vanessa previously held significant positions at Eneco from September 2017 to January 2025, including Head of HR in business, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team of senior HR business partners, managing recruitment, and providing absenteeism advice. Earlier roles include HR manager positions at Jumbo Supermarkten and Spotta, as well as project management and advisory roles at PostNL and TNT. Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie from Leiden University and has completed several executive programs, enhancing leadership and management skills.
