Chris Taylor

Chris Taylor has extensive experience in product management and operator support at Grocery Outlet, having served in various leadership roles since April 2017, including Vice President of Product Management and Vice President of Operator Support. Taylor developed a new Operator Support organization, enhancing project management, training, and communication for independent operators. Key achievements include overseeing the Aspiring Operators in Training (AOT) program to facilitate the transition of new operators as part of Grocery Outlet's growth strategy. Prior to Grocery Outlet, Taylor held multiple positions at Starbucks from April 2000 to April 2017, including Store Development Services Manager, where responsibilities included managing employee development projects and overseeing process improvements that enhanced customer experiences. Significant contributions also involved effective change management for major projects, resulting in substantial cost avoidance and improved training processes.
