Pam Burke

Pam Burke is a seasoned executive in the retail and legal sectors, currently serving as the Chief Stores Officer at Grocery Outlet since June 2015, overseeing store operations, independent operator support, and growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Pam held positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel, playing a crucial role in Grocery Outlet's IPO in 2019 and advising the CEO and Board on legal matters. Previously, Pam served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at CRC Health Group, where a legal function was established across the organization's extensive network. Early career experience includes legal advisory roles at DLA Piper and Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, as well as a foundational role as a Tax Associate at Ernst & Young. Pam holds a law degree from The George Washington University Law School, an undergraduate degree in Government from Cornell University, and has continued education at the University of Michigan.
