Paul Voois

Paul Voois is a seasoned venture capital professional and technology entrepreneur with extensive experience in seed-stage investments and startup governance. Since August 2015, Paul has served as the Managing Partner at Cove Fund, overseeing fund creation, operations, and investment deal management. In addition, Paul holds multiple board positions, including Board Chairman at Vessel Health, Board Member at GroGuru Inc., and Board Observer roles at Daasity and VECKTA, among others. Previously, Paul co-founded and led ClariPhy Communications, which was acquired by Inphi for $300 million in 2016. Paul holds a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
