Jessica Gilbey

Jessica Gilbey has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Jessica is currently serving as the Lead People & Culture Manager at Grok Academy since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a People Experience Manager at EPIC Assist from February 2022 to April 2023. Jessica also served as the Human Resources Lead at White Box Enterprises from June 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they worked at Orange Sky Australia, where they held the positions of People and Engagement Advisor from August 2020 to May 2021 and Human Resources Officer from November 2017 to August 2020. Jessica's career began as a Human Resources Coordinator at Carpentaria from February 2015 to November 2017.

Jessica Gilbey is currently enrolled in the APC Program at the Australian HR Institute, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Prior to this, they attended the University of Southern Queensland from 2018 onwards, where they pursued a Bachelor of Human Services with a focus on Human Resource Management.
