We are looking for a skilled professional to support Education Centre of Australia (ECA) as an Admissions Officer (China) in an administrative capacity, supporting enrollment and admissions processes for Greater China. The successful candidate will assist with the coordination of admissions activities and ensure timely processing of applications for the ECA and partnership brands. The role will assist with processing applications and providing administrative support throughout the admissions process, from initial application to issuance of the Confirmation of Enrolment (COE), ensuring that applications are processed in line with established guidelines. The role will report to the Senior Business Development Manager, Greater China. They will work closely with the Director of Admissions and be a key member of the admissions team supporting the student at all stages of the student recruitment process for all ECA brands.

Key duties
Support the achievement of the sales targets with the Head of Acquisition team for each brand for Greater China.
Monitor visa decisions from Greater China for each brand and address areas of risk as identified.
Support GS assessment
Provide reports as required.
Process and communicate the offers and COES issued.
Data entry
Post intake activity, eg Deferrals/cancellations
Adhere to daily targets to ensure agreed service levels are met at all times.
Communicate with agents.
Process all admissions actions as required.
Communicate delays / changes to service levels as appropriate
Work with brand stakeholders to ensure a seamless enrolment process for all students
Required Experience:
Bachelors level or equivalent experience
International education sector
Higher education admissions team
Stakeholder management
Training (staff or agents)
Familiarity GS rules
Understanding of the international education regulatory environment
A thorough knowledge of international and domestic qualifications including English language.
Strong report writing skills
Communication skills
Intermediate to advanced excel and word skills including formula and formatting
