Dylan Hoemsen

Dylan Hoemsen is an accomplished professional in international education with a strong background in recruitment and operations. Currently serving as AVP Operations and Executive Director for South Asia at Grok Global Services since June 2020, Dylan focuses on enhancing university partnerships and global recruitment strategies. Prior experience includes serving as North America Recruitment Director for South & South East Asia at Navitas, where responsibilities included strategic planning and leading sales teams to drive student enrolment growth. Dylan's earlier roles at Navitas involved managing key stakeholder relationships and marketing initiatives across various regions. Dylan's career began as a Program Coordinator for Student Life at the University of Manitoba, following a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in International Business and Finance from the same institution. Dylan has also participated in exchange programs at Singapore Management University and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
