Andrew Meyer

Andrew Meyer, PMP, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Pension Risk Transfer Operations at Constellation Insurance, Inc., overseeing all operational aspects of the Pension Risk Transfer business since September 2025. Prior to this, Andrew was the Senior Director of Pension Client Services at OneAmerica Financial, where responsibilities included new business implementation and go-to-market strategy. Andrew's experience also encompasses roles at Legal & General Retirement America, including Senior PRT Transition Manager and Director of Pension Client Services, where management of new case transitions and strategic initiatives was key. Earlier career experience includes positions at Mercer as an Implementations Analyst and Benefit Analyst, and at Capitol Insurance Companies in the Core Systems Special Testing Team. Andrew holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
