Sam Tidswell

Sam Tidswell is an experienced principal at Grok Ventures, specializing in pre-seed to Series A investments in climate technology and infrastructure from June 2020 to May 2024. Tidswell has held various investor roles at companies such as Endolith, gridmo, Lydian, Asterix Foods, and Rhizocore Technologies between early 2023 and April 2024, while also serving as an investor and board observer for Antora Energy and Brighte. Prior to these roles, Tidswell managed a portfolio of approximately 20 early-stage climate technology companies at a single family office and worked as an analyst at J.P. Morgan from 2016 to 2019. Tidswell holds dual degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Sydney, with additional international studies in Energy and Climate Law and other legal fields.
