Jeff Draa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jeff is currently the CEO and co-founder of Grolltex, a graphene and 2D materials and equipment company. At ASML, Draa served as the Business Manager, Intel Worldwide, where they developed and implemented the company's original Intel worldwide penetration strategy. As a result, Intel business at ASML grew to over $400 million.

Prior to ASML, Draa worked at Lam Research as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for handling key accounts and implementing account management systems and forecasting tools. Jeff also held positions such as Chairman of Global Accounts Development and Team Leader of the DSO Improvement Committee.

Draa's career began at Mitsubishi Electric as a Regional Sales Manager, where they managed regional sales and increased revenues from $2 million to over $23 million.

Jeff'sfirst job out of college was as a Production Supervisor at National Semiconductor. This experience led him to roles in production and materials planning and determined their career direction. Draa describes National Semiconductor as a great proving ground and environment for personal growth.
