Aylin Anik

Aylin Anik is the Founder and General Manager/Managing Director of Grolman Kimya Tic Ltd Sti, as well as the Director of Operations and Marketing Manager at Grolman Group. Prior to their current roles, Aylin worked as a Project Manager Finance & Strategy at WestLB and a Business Development Manager at Westteam. With their background as a Business Operations Manager at DEKON Group, Aylin has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Aylin holds an MBA in Economics from Istanbul ilgi Üniversitesi and a Diplom in Economics from Universidad Villanueva.
