Co-Founder, Policy Architect at Groma

Chris Lehman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Chris is currently serving as the Co-Founder and Policy Architect at Groma since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the Small Property Owners Association as the Director and Chief Information Officer starting from January 2022.

Before their current roles, Chris worked as a Senior Analyst at Wayfair from August 2019 to April 2021. Chris also served as a Technical Business Analyst at Relativity from March 2019 to August 2019.

Chris has a background in web development, having worked as a Web Development Fellow at General Assembly from September 2018 to December 2018. Chris also has experience in consulting, having worked as an Associate Consultant at Amundsen Consulting - A Division of IQVIA from October 2016 to August 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at The Amundsen Group - an IMS Health company from August 2015 to October 2016.

In addition to their professional experience, Chris also has volunteer and internship experience. Chris served as a Corp Member at Teach For America from June 2013 to June 2015. Chris interned at the Constituent Services Office for Senator Scott Brown from May 2012 to August 2012. Additionally, they held the position of Head Delegate at the Harvard Intercollegiate Model United Nations from March 2011 to March 2012.

Chris Lehman completed their high school education from Noble and Greenough School from 2005 to 2009, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, they attended Harvard University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Studies.
