Diane Rucker

Diane Rucker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership, investment, and education. Currently serving on the board of directors for SparkLearn and as an angel investor at Groove Capital and Tundra Ventures, Diane is actively engaged in supporting early-stage startups, particularly those led by underrepresented founders. As a lecturer at the Technological Leadership Institute at the University of Minnesota, Diane teaches courses on leadership and innovation. Previously, Diane held the role of Executive Director and CEO at University Enterprise Laboratories, focusing on incubating life science and biotech startups. Additionally, Diane has consulted for various organizations, including the MIT Trust Center for Entrepreneurship, and has held senior roles at Carrot Health. Diane holds an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan and advanced degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan and MIT.
