Jeff Lin

Jeff Lin is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology expert, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Pennant, an OTT platform for performing artists to launch subscription video channels. Lin is also the founder of Bust Out, a creative technology team specializing in digital experiences. Additional roles include being a Limited Partner at Groove Capital and Tundra Ventures. Lin's previous experience encompasses a position as an Adjunct Professor at Hennepin Technical College, where web design and search engine optimization were taught, as well as a software engineer and technical team lead at Retek. Notable early career experiences include participation in the Emmy-nominated reality show Colonial House and serving as a Multicultural Peer Leader at Carleton College, where diversity initiatives were championed. Lin holds a B.A. with Distinction in Molecular Biology from Carleton College.
