Mickayla Zinsli Rosard

Mickayla Zinsli Rosard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment strategy, community building, and client services. Currently serving as a Partner at Groove Capital since March 2021, Mickayla focuses on investor relations, strategy, and operations within an early-stage investment fund and angel network. Concurrently, as a Fellow at Forge North, Mickayla leads initiatives aimed at increasing angel investment in Minnesota. Prior roles include Chief Strategy Officer at Proxy Financial, where operational goals were translated into actionable plans; Director of Client Services at Baker Tilly Capital, managing client projects and relationships; and Director at the North Dakota/Minnesota EB-5 Regional Center, overseeing significant growth and job creation. Mickayla's career also includes leadership at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and consultancy work with the Center for Rural Health. Mickayla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of North Dakota.
