Nick Fuoco

Nick Fuoco is the current CFO at Groove Technology Solutions. Nick has also previously worked with Groove Technology Solutions as well as Nicholas and Company. Fuoco has been in the finance industry for over 6 years and has experience with overseeing financial performance for large companies, growing revenue, developing and building out corporate finance visions, and leading financial planning and analysis. Nick is also experienced in M&A activity, including successfully leading a company's first acquisition in more than two decades, as well as securing debt financing and negotiating contracts. Fuoco also has experience reporting to corporate boards and outside advisory boards, and they are skilled in creating short- and long-term rolling forecasts.

Nick Fuoco has an MBA from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business and a B.S. from Westminster College. Nick is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Nick Fuoco works with Tim Corbitt - Director of Engineering, Jim Henderson - Director, In-Building Cellular, and David Goldman - Director of Network Operations.
