Edward Sayre

Edward Sayre is a highly experienced engineer specializing in signal and power integrity, currently serving as a System Co-Optimization Engineer at Groq since September 2023. Previously, Edward held the role of Principal Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor, leading the ASICs Power Supply Integrity team from November 2019 to August 2023, and oversaw methodology development for PSI analysis across various technologies. Prior to Marvell, Edward worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Senior Electrical Engineer, leading the ASICs Power Supply Integrity team from July 2015 to November 2019, and at IBM as a Technical Team Lead from June 2006 to June 2015. Edward began a career in electrical engineering at North East Systems Associates and Digital Equipment Corporation, focusing on high-speed design and semiconductor testing. Edward holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
