Jon Tait

Jon Tait is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a diverse background in prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Groq, Jon has also held the position of HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital. Prior roles include Director of Recruiting and Director of Global Recruiting Operations at Apple, and Interim HR Chief of Staff at PA Consulting Group. Jon's earlier experience includes multiple roles at BP, culminating as Recruitment Director - International and Head of Global Attraction. Jon Tait holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Newcastle University and has completed professional education at MIT in 2023.
