Qaizar Sogiawala

Qaizar Sogiawala is a seasoned DevOps professional with extensive experience in software development and infrastructure automation. Currently serving as a Sr Staff DevOps Engineer at Groq since July 2025, Qaizar previously held the position of DevOps Tech Lead at Motive and contributed significantly as a DevOps Engineer at Ghost by establishing a greenfield software development factory and migrating core CICD services. With a strong background in build and release automation at Peloton Technology, as well as valuable experience in design and support of deployment systems at TrueBlue Inc., Qaizar has also driven the adoption of open-source technologies during a tenure at Intuit. Early career engagements included roles at Microsoft Corporation and Aspect Communications, focusing on SCM and automation across various projects. Qaizar holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Shri G.S. Institute of Technology and Science.
