A. Ennis Dale

Ennis Dale joined Grossman Company Properties in March 1995 as Senior Vice President. Ennis had previously served as Senior Vice President of one of the country’s largest title insurance companies and as President of its real estate development subsidiary. Before that, he was responsible for the successful financial restructuring of one of Southwest’s largest real estate development and homebuilding companies and refinancing more than $500 million of debt.

Ennis received his LLM (Taxation) from New York University, a Juris Doctorate, with Distinction, from Indiana University, as well as a BBA and MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan.
