Michael Pedulla

Mike Pedulla was named President of Grossman Company Properties in Spring 2021 and he will lead the company’s strategic planning and growth and will oversee operations of the company and its real estate portfolio. Mike has more than 20 years of experience in real estate-related investment, development, asset management, and finance across many markets and property types. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Co-President of Cityline Partners, a DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners subsidiary, on a large-scale mixed-use and land development in Northern Virginia, in addition to leading other investments in the region.

Mike received his Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and the Cornell Real Estate Council.
