Alex Dickson

Alex Dickson has a strong background in information security and IT infrastructure. Most recently, they worked at GCM Grosvenor as the Chief Information Security Officer starting in November 2021. Prior to that, Alex held various roles at Performance Trust Capital Partners, including Director of Information Security from August 2019 to January 2022, Director of IT Security and Infrastructure from January 2013 to August 2019, and Sr. Systems Administrator from July 2007 to December 2012. Their career started at Woodfield Media as a Network Administrator from June 2005 to June 2007.

Alex Dickson completed the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Executive Certificate Program from Carnegie Mellon University in 2020, focusing on Information Security Leadership. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, Alex earned a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from DeVry University. However, no specific start or end year is provided for another educational experience at ELS. In addition, Alex obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in March 2018.
