Steve McMillan

Steve McMillan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Managing Director at GCM Grosvenor since April 2021, Steve also owns and operates London Grapple, an MMA and BJJ gym in Deptford, South East London, since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Steve was the owner of London Velo, a bike café in Deptford, from May 2015 to April 2022. Additionally, Steve held significant leadership positions at BlueMountain Capital Management as CEO Europe & Head of Fund Management from January 2016 to March 2021, and at Lloyds Banking Group Pensions as Head of Fixed Income from September 2012 to December 2015. Steve began a career in the investment sector as an Investment Associate at Hewitt EnnisKnupp Inc from June 2008 to October 2012.
