Claire Collison has a diverse work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Claire began their career in 2004 with Friends Provident, where they completed a Graduate Leadership Programme. Claire then worked as a Senior HR Consultant and HR Business Partner. In 2011, they joined Aimia Inc as an HR Business Partner before progressing to the role of Senior HR Business Partner. Claire later became the Talent & Culture Director for Partnerships and then the HR Director for Partnerships. In 2018, they joined Grosvenor Group as a Senior HR Business Partner and was later promoted to HR Operations Director & Senior HR Business Partner. Currently, they serve as a Board Trustee for SOS! SEN.
Claire Collison completed their undergraduate education at the University of Cambridge from 2001 to 2004. Claire obtained a MA Hons (Cantab) degree in Geography during this time. Following a gap of a few years, Claire pursued further education from 2007 to 2009 at BPP Business School. Here, they engaged in the CIPD Professional Development Scheme, focusing on Human Resources.
