Indi Sanghera

Indi Sanghera is an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in administrative support and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to James Patillo, Chief Development Officer and Executive Vice President, and Marc Josephson, Senior Vice President of Development at Grosvenor since July 2015, Indi has developed a comprehensive support structure for multiple teams. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the President and Founder of Central City Brewers + Distillers, where Indi established foundational administrative systems, and as Director and Board Secretary for WICC, which focuses on cancer awareness in the insurance industry. Indi's career began at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, where skills in employee engagement and team-building were honed, after gaining initial experience at Fido Solutions as a Client Care Representative. Indi holds education credentials from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Frank Hurt Secondary.
