Jonathan Rose Mrics

Jonathan Rose MRICS is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Head of Flexible Workspace and Senior Asset Manager at Grosvenor since February 2020, focusing on the North Mayfair District. Prior to that role, Jonathan was a member of the CPA NextGen Steering Group at the City Property Association from June 2018 to February 2020, aiming to foster discussions among emerging industry leaders. Jonathan's extensive experience also includes serving as Portfolio Manager for Central London at Landsec (April 2017 - February 2020) and as a Surveyor at CBRE, where responsibilities spanned from September 2014 to March 2017.
