Karl Dean

Karl Dean currently serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Housing Director at Grosvenor Hart Homes, a new initiative aimed at improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people by providing affordable housing and comprehensive support services. Prior to this role, Karl Dean was the Managing Director at MioCare Group, overseeing a local authority-owned social care organization that employed approximately 500 staff and had a turnover of £16 million. Karl Dean also held the position of Director of Supported Housing at Your Housing Group, managing a diverse portfolio of supported housing services, and served as Managing Director for Arena Options, specializing in care and support housing. Additionally, Karl Dean briefly acted as Managing Director for Arena Homes, enhancing service delivery and customer satisfaction during a period of transition. Karl Dean holds a Master of Science degree in Management Development and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Disability Studies and Urban Policy Studies, both from Lancaster University.
