Michael Beattie has a strong background in real estate and finance. Michael started their career at Colliers International as a Broker in 1992, where they worked until 1996. Michael then joined Dome Britannia Properties Inc., where they held various roles including Manager of Acquisitions and Vice President of Operations. In 2000, Beattie moved to Grosvenor Canada Limited, serving as an Asset Manager and later as Vice President & Asset Manager. In 2007, they joined Grosvenor Group as a Senior Vice President until 2009, when they became EVP & Chief Portfolio Officer at Grosvenor. Currently, they hold the position of EVP & Chief Investment Officer at Grosvenor since September 2011.
Michael Beattie attended the University of Calgary from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Business.
