Dr. Caroline L. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, research, and management. Currently serving as Manager of Strategic Governance at Geoscience Australia since August 2022, Dr. Caroline also holds the position of Senior Management Consultant at Grosvenor Performance Group since July 2018. Previous roles include a Researcher for the Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth, where qualitative research was conducted to inform the Parent Engagement Project, and a Sessional Academic at Charles Sturt University focusing on Teaching and Learning for early career academics. Dr. Caroline's academic journey includes a PhD in Cultural Studies from the Australian National University and multiple leadership roles in educational institutions, including Head of Faculty at St Clare's College and St Patrick's Senior College. Dr. Caroline holds various degrees, including an MBA in Leadership and Innovation from the University of Canberra and an MA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of New England, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and German Language from The University of Queensland.
