Dr. Stefan Gassner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Managing Director at Grosvenor Performance Group since January 2013. Under Dr. Gassner's leadership, Grosvenor has become a recognized consultancy, specializing in procurement advisory services for both public and private sectors. Dr. Gassner's tenure includes significant roles, from Associate Director to Senior Manager, where strategic procurement transformations, including the establishment of new procurement functions and upskilling initiatives, were key focuses. Prior to Grosvenor, Dr. Gassner gained valuable expertise as a PhD student and lecturer at the University of Hohenheim, wherein a doctoral thesis on procurement was completed. Alongside an MBA and a Master's in International Business, Dr. Gassner has garnered recognition through multiple employee awards, solidifying a reputation for excellence in the field.
