Bob Grote

Bob Grote has over 30 years of work experience in various roles in sales and management. Bob is currently the CEO and President of Grote Company since October 2012. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Sales at Grote Company starting in July 2000. Before joining Grote Company, Bob held positions such as Business Unit Manager at Ohio Transmission and Pump from May 1996 to July 2000, Sales Engineer at Kraft Fluid Systems from May 1995 to May 1996, Sales Engineer at Dynamic Technology from December 1990 to May 1995, and Product Manager at SMC Pneumatics from June 1987 to December 1990.

Bob Grote obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology between 1983 and 1987. Later, between 2004 and 2006, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University.
