Hollie Strauss has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as House Manager and Usher for CAPA-Columbus Association for the Performing Arts since February 2011. In this role, Hollie Strauss oversees volunteer ushers, provides show details and seating instructions, addresses patron issues, and acts as a tour guide for the Ohio Theatre. Additionally, Hollie Strauss has worked at Grote Company since February 1999, where responsibilities include customer order entry, parts identification, export documentation, database updates, and obtaining carrier freight quotes. Hollie Strauss holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from West Liberty University.
