Claire Amison

Claire Amison has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Claire started as an HR Manager at Centrica from 2010 to 2013. Claire then worked as an HR Generalist on a fixed-term contract at Schroders from 2014 to 2015. After that, they joined Eurostar as an HR Business Partner from 2015 to 2019. Claire then moved to LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) where they worked as an HR Business Partner for LCH in 2019. Currently, Claire is the Head of People Partnering at Ground Control starting in 2021.

Claire Amison completed their education at Tilburg University from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International and European Labour Law. Prior to that, Claire studied at Queen Mary University of London, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law. In addition to their formal education, Claire has achieved various certifications, including the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from THE INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development - Advanced Diploma from CIPD, and the National Certificate in Workplace Mediation from The TCM Group.
